Raymark Investments Limited (RIL) is a private Ugandan Company dealing in Clearing & Forwarding, Real Estate Management, Cleaning & Fumigation Services, Engraving and Embroidery works, as well as other supplies with its headquarters in Kampala city.

COMPANY MISSION:

a) The Company Mission is to carry out Cleaning & Fumigation Services

b) The Company goal is to carry out the business of house furnishers, upholsters, and dealers in hire services, repairs, stores and warehousing of Furniture, Carpets, Linoleums and other floor coverings, Household utensils, China and glass goods, Fittings, Curtains and other home furnishings, as well as household requirements of all kinds including all things capable of being used therewith or in the maintenance, repair or manufacture thereof.

c) To carry out the business of Clearing & Forwarding agents, Transport, haulers, Packing & Removals, Contractors, Warehousing, Safe depository and storing of wares and merchandise of every kind and description.

d) To carry out the business of Real Estate Management, Sales and related transactions.

Raymark Investments Limited is a legal Ugandan privately owned Company with limited liability registered on 8th January 2010 by the Registrar of Companies of the Republic of Uganda – Registration No. 122887.  The Company complies fully with all the taxation policy and private business regulations of Uganda.

The company deals in various/ multipurpose type of works such as Cleaning & Fumigation services, clearing and forwarding of various goods and services as well as deals in real estate management.

The Company has got official authorized documents from the Republic of Uganda that permit it to procure and carry out business transactions with its agents/ clients countrywide.
